- Through all branches of Punjab National Bank (PNB) In India.

- Through Internet Banking facility of Punjab National Bank .
- Through Mobile banking facility of Punjab National bank.
Payment mode of INDO-Nepal Remittance is as under:
- Credit in account maintained with Everest bank Ltd-Nepal (EBL) branches.
- Cash payment to beneficiary on ID basis through branches of Everest Bank and over 9000 payout agents all over Nepal.
- Credit in account maintained with Banks other than Everest Bank in Nepal.

SCB’s VA SOLUTION Facility for Nepalese Customers
VA Solution, provided by the bank in collaboration with Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) in India, facilitates the seamless collection and transfer of funds from customers in India to Nepal through SCB. This arrangement enables real-time processing of transactions initiated by remitters in India using various payment modes such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and UPI.
This arrangement between SCB, India and Everest Bank Limited, Nepal offers INR transfer facility from any Banks in India to account of Nepalese customers maintained at Everest Bank Limited or any other Banks in Nepal by using SWIFT modality to the beneficiaries in Nepal.
Facility Offered:
- Real time processing of the transactions with next working day settlement.
- Emphasis on digital transactions to ensure timely payments without the need for physical intervention by beneficiaries in Nepal.
- Collection of funds through the payment modes as mentioned below:
- RTGS/NEFT transfer from any other bank accounts in India
- IMPS/UPI transfer from any other bank accounts in India
Operation Modality
- VA Solution facility will be offered to Nepalese customers for individual as well as trade/service related payments
- Customers who are willing to avail VA Solution facility should execute “INR Receiving Agreement through SCB, India’s VA SOLUTION” with their account maintaining branch at Everest Bank.
- Other Bank customers of A Class commercial banks willing to avail the facility shall contact Remittance Department at EBL Head Office.
- On receipt of agreement through the account maintaining branch, Remittance Department-HO will provide unique virtual account number to beneficiary who are willing to receive funds from India which will be communicated by the account maintaining branch to the beneficiary.
- Parties to circulate the account number to their senders in India and fill up “INR Transfer Sent Through VA Solution of Standard Chartered Bank, India” form as provided by their branch office providing the details of their remitting parties in India to initiate fund transfer.
- Once the transfer has been executed, SWIFT Copy will be transmitted by SCB, India to Everest Bank against each payment.
- On receipt of SWIFT copy on next working day and after confirmation on receipt of payment, Remittance Department will execute and settle the payment to respective beneficiary.

HDFC ECMS (Electronic Cash Management System) Facility for Nepalese Exporters
Electronic Cash Management System (ECMS) is an advanced version of CMS facility which is being offered by the Bank for collection of payments from corporate remitters in India to Nepal through HDFC Bank Ltd. ECMS is a real time cash management product which offers an efficient solution to ensure timely delivery of collected funds through all the payment modes – NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, etc. via remitters in India.
ECMS arrangement between HDFC Bank, India and Everest Bank Limited, Nepal offers INR transfer facility for corporate payments from any Banks in India to account of Nepalese exporters maintained at Everest Bank Limited or any other Banks in Nepal by means of virtual account number allotted by the Bank to the beneficiaries in Nepal.
Facility Offered:
- Real time processing of the transactions with TAT of 3 hour on an average
- Focus on digital transaction for real time payment settlements from India and eliminating any physical intervention by beneficiaries in Nepal for claim of funds
- Collection of funds through all payment modes as mentioned below:
- Online transfer from any HDFC’s bank account
- Cheque Deposit/Account Transfer from any HDFC’s bank account
- RTGS/NEFT transfer from any other bank accounts in India
- IMPS/UPI transfer from any other bank accounts in India
Operation Modality
- ECMS facility will be offered to Nepalese corporate customers for trade and service related payments
- Corporate customers who are willing to avail ECMS facility should execute “INR Receiving Agreement through HDFC ECMS-Facility” with their account maintaining branch at Everest Bank.
- Other Bank customers of A Class commercial banks willing to avail the facility shall contact Remittance Department at EBL Head Office.
- On receipt of agreement through the account maintaining branch, Remittance Department-HO will provide unique virtual account number to beneficiary who are willing to receive funds from India which will be communicated by the account maintaining branch to the beneficiary.
- Parties to circulate the account number to their senders in India and fill up “INR Transfer Sent Through ECMS Facility of HDFC Bank India” form as provided by their branch office providing the details of their remitting parties in India.
- On receipt of funds, Remittance Department will execute the payment after verification of payment received in respective virtual account and declared remitter details by the beneficiary of the funds.

HDFC CMS (Cash Management System) facility for Nepalese exporters
HDFC Cash Management System (CMS) is a robust, end to end cash management product which offers innovative and reliable solutions by combining efficient collections and disbursements product to ensure customized delivery. The bank has constructed a wide range of CMS products covering collections and disbursements of operating flows, as well as specialized cash flow streams. Through CMS arrangement between HDFC Bank, India and Everest Bank Ltd, Nepal Indian importers can transfer money from HDFC Bank-India to the account of Nepalese exporters maintained account at Everest Bank ltd, Nepal easily.
The facility of HDFC CMS is available as under:
- The Bank operates out of a large and expanding network of over 4800 outlets across the country.
- Avail of collection services with or without a Current Account.
- Cheque Collections of HDFC Bank.
- Cheque collections other than HDFC Bank.
Payment mode of HDFC CMS is as under:
- CMS tie-up arrangement with Nepalese Exporter maintaining account at Everest Bank with their respective branches.
- Providing pick up location of Indian importers to HDFC through the branches of Everest Bank in Nepal.
- Credit in account maintained with Everest bank Ltd-Nepal (EBL) branches.
