The bank is in the services of Government Revenue collection of Government of Nepal from its 31 revenue collecting centers all over Nepal since past several years.  Bank is collecting revenue at Large Tax Payer office, Hariharbhawan, Customs Offices (Birgunj, Dry port and Nepalgunj).

The bank is also collecting Government revenue through Mobile banking, NCHL-ConnectIPS, esewa, Khalti and other digital wallets as well.
