This scheme is targeted to the aspirants who want to build/purchase an ideal Home or Apartment.  With a theme of “Your dream of having new home will be fulfilled on this Dashain & Tihar”  , the bank has announced following innovative attractive offers for Housing Loan. 1. 0.50% discount in published interest rate 2. 50% discount on processing charge 3. 50% on charges of  safe deposit locker 4. Only 5 working days to sanction the loan 5. The unique feature is that the Interest Rate will not be changed up to fully completion of one year period.Above offers are subject to certain conditions and is valid for limited period only.
