FAQ (Internet Banking)

User Id is not case sensitive but password(s) are case sensitive.

After submission of IBS form in EBL, you may expect the password to get in your mail within 3 working days.

You may contact to the nearest branch or Customer Care Centre at 00977-1-4418878

You will get the IBS UserID immediately upon submission of forms with complete details.

You may go through the following steps to get Internet Banking Services: 

Download the request form from the Internet Banking website and fill the same.

Submit the scanned copy (e-mail) of your request form (having the signature of account holder) to the branch where you have maintained account(s).

SMS Mobile App Form

Yes, NRN customers can use Internet Banking Services fulfilling necessary documentation.

If you have applied e-banking, the password(s),  and ID will be sent to your email which is registered in the Bank’s system.

The Internet Banking Service is available to EBL customers only. Walk in to any of our branches for opening of account with EBL and take Internet Banking Services.

Ø Access to accounts (statement of account, quick view, account details)
Ø Transfer of Funds (within Bank)
Ø Cheque Status, Online Stop payment of Cheques
Ø Requests (cheque book issuance, statement of account, FD etc)
Ø Mails (between customer and EBL only)
Ø Customize- change passwords etc.
Ø Payments towards services availed over Internet
