Everest Bank has been undertaking different welfare activities to preserve cultural heritage of the country as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility. In this endeavor, the bank has recently distributed dustbins to Shree Budhanilkantha Temple with the objective to maintain cleanliness inside the Temple Premises.

Amid a function ,Sh. L.V. Prabhakar, Executive Director of  Punjab National Bank handed over those dustbins to the management committee of the Temple. Other distinguished guests present in the occasion were Mr. Someshwar Seth, Chief Executive Officer, and other Senior Officials of the Bank and also the members of temple management committee.

The Bank presently has Customer Base of over 9.5 lacs, one of the highest in the industry. Further, the Bank recently adjudged as Number 2 bank among commercial banks under CAMELS rating. Presently the Bank is rendering professionalized & efficient banking services through its widest domestic network of 80 branches, 7 Extension Counters, 28 Revenue Collection Counters, 113 ATMs and also through its widest global network.

As the part of CSR Initiative, the bank has  extended its support to Nepalese Parkinson Disease Association by providing computer table and arm chair.

On 7th April, 2018 Parkinson Nepal organized “Nepal- Run For Parkinson’s 2018” to spread awareness about Parkinson Diseases . EBL supported Parkinson Nepal for an event for spreading awareness about diseases.

On the occasion of 108th International women’s’ day, EBL pulchowk provide free health checkup and talk show in coordination with Norvic International Hospital.

In order to save our culture, social norms and values, historical traditions and for the sake of social awareness about the system, thus Everest Bank supported to Shri Nrisingh Jatra Management Committee under cultural traditions activity of CSR.
