Everest Bank’s customers get Discount at SRL Diagnostics’ Lab

Everest Bank Limited has tied up with SRL Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd for providing discounts/special packages to Everest bank’s customers. SRL Diagnostics is the largest and most awarded diagnostics company having the biggest network of 342 labs and over 7,300 collection points with a footprint spanning across India, Nepal, Dubai and various other countries in Africa, SAARC region and Far East.

 

As per the MOU signed the customers will get discount up to 15% on various test performed. The Everest Bank customers if shows their ATM or Credit Card will get the discount as per the agreement. Everest Bank has always focused on customer’s benefit & satisfaction with its theme ‘Service with Smile’.

Everest Bank Limited has tied up with Nepal National Hospital for providing discounts/special packages to Everest bank’s customers. Nepal National Hospital located at Kalanki is a multispecialty hospital dedicated to quality service, currently serving with 100 beds.

 

As per the MOU signed the customers will get discount of 10% – 15% on various services. The Everest Bank customers if shows their ATM or Credit Card will get the discount as per the agreement. Everest Bank Limited organized Free Health Check-up Camp & Self Defense Camp

 

Kathmandu, 14th March, 2019: On the occasion of 106th International Women’s Day Everest Bank Limited organized a free health check-up camp and self-defense camp to celebrate as well as to contribute towards the society. The bank organized the free health check-up camp and self-defense camp for customers, general public and college students at Aadharsha Kanya Niketan, Patan Durbar Square in association with Norvic Hospital and collaboration with Sabah Nepal.

 

During the health check-up camp, around 200 female were benefited from the service provided there. The program included services & awareness of female related health issues. There was also self-defense camp especially for the female students of Aadharsha Kanya Niketan. EBL has always been conscious of its social responsibilities and as a part of its CSR activities, has been organizing various programs for the benefit of the people at large.

On 05-02-2019 Everest Bank Limited has entered into the agreement with Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund for the credit guarantee of the various subsidized loan as per NRB guidelines.

 

After signing this agreement Everest Bank takes a step towards financial stability and economic growth of the nation by enhancement of lending for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

 

With this agreement Everest Bank is now open for following subsidized loans:

  • Professional Agriculture and Livestock Loan = Up to Rs. 5 Crore
  • Educated Youth Self Employment Loan = Up to Rs. 7 Lacs
  • Youth Project for Foreign return Loan = Up to Rs. 10 Lacs
  • Women Entrepreneurs Loan = Up to Rs. 5 Lacs
  • Business Development Loan for Lower cast community = Up to Rs. 10 Lacs
  • Higher , Technical and Professional Education Loan = Up to Rs. 5 Lacs
  • Personal Housing Loan for Earthquake Victims = Up to Rs. 3 Lacs

The agreement has been signed by Mr. Keshab Raj Paudel- AGM on behalf of Everest Bank Limited and Ms Usha Paudel –Acting Deputy CEO on behalf of Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund.

Everest Bank has been undertaking different welfare activities to provide sanitation to the underprivileged people of the country as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility. In this endeavor, the bank has recently handover cheque to Zonta Club of Kathmandu provide humanitarian assistance with the concentration on the sanitation purpose through the construction of toilets in Nawalparasi district.

 

Amid a function, Mr. Someshwar Seth, CEO of the Bank handover the cheque to Ms. Seema Golcha and Sameena Shrestha, representative of the club to construct the toilets for female students in government schools of Nawalparasi. Amid a function held at Head Office of PNB, New Delhi, Mr. Someshwar Seth, CEO of Bank and Mr. Samir Bajpai, General Manager of PNB-Government Business Division, signed the MoU. The major facilities that Indian Gorkha Soldiers will avail opening of twin accounts at EBL and PNB through PNB branches, free remittance of the fund having Rakshak Plus account, co-branded PNB-EBL Debit cards, loan by EBL to Nepal Domicile Indian Gorkha Soldiers having Rakshak Plus account. Senior officials from both banks were presented during the event.

Amid a function held at Head office Lazimpat, Everest Bank launches two products with insurance facility of Rs. 5 Lacs to the customers along with various other facilities. Matribhumi Bacchat Khata with the tag line “Bidesh ko Mehenat ko kamai ko, Sodesh maai garaau surakshit Bachat” provides insurance facility of Rs. 5 Lacs with many attractive benefits. Along with it, Corporate Salary Account with insurance & advance salary facilities was also launched on same event.

 

EBL has launched Matribhumi Bhachat Kahata with an aim to ensure safety of their hard earned money with good return. The account holders will also be secured with insurance facility of Rs. 5 Lacs which is a cheery in the cake.
