Teach for Nepal is a movement of outstanding university graduates and young professionals who are committed to end education inequity in Nepal starting with two years of fellowship teaching in public schools. In this endeavor, the bank has recently collaborated with FINLET Nepal to conduct Financial Literacy classes in ten schools of Dharan, Sunsari. FINLET Nepal will support Everest bank in its Financial Literacy initiative. A specially designed five months long Financial Literacy program called School Book, which gives children & their parents a better understanding of financial matters by teaching them the principles of money management, saving & spending, financial planning and investment, will be conducted. FINLET has been working in various part of Nepal organizing Financial Education programs.

Everest Bank limited has inaugurated its calendar for 2076 BS. The inauguration ceremony was held at Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Singhadurbar. Everest Bank to mark its 25th Year of Service Excellence has launched New Year calendar with the theme “अतिथि देवो भव:” to support Visit Nepal – 2020. In the calendar, Everest bank has included 36 different destinations in Nepal which will create lifetime experiences for tourist. The aim of the calendar is to promote Nepal as a Tourist destination for Domestic as well as International Tourist. EBL says it is an effort made by us to promote, the initiation taken by Nepal Government: “Visit Nepal -2020”.
